Late Arrivals
A $40 late fee may apply to scheduled appointments when lateness affects the reserved appointment time. Depending on availability, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your finalized Square booking settings can be added here once your account is active.
Treatment Suitability
Some treatments require consultation and may not be suitable for every client. Medical history, medications, recent procedures and current skin condition may affect eligibility.
Results
Aesthetic treatment results vary from person to person. Multiple sessions and appropriate home care may be recommended.
Training
Training dates, deposits, course requirements and cancellation terms should be confirmed before registration.
